Terms of delivery

TERMS

At Marion's Home, we hope that your shopping experience in our online store meets your expectations. Below are the terms and conditions that apply when you shop at www.kiwahome.com. In connection with the purchase, a contract is formed between the customer and Marion's Home (CoNiko Holding Oy AB, business ID number 2605568-3). Marion's Home makes contracts only with persons of legal age (over 18). A guardian's consent is always required for an order placed by a person under the age of 18.


1. Prices and products
All prices in our online store are in euros ($), and include VAT. We reserve the right to possible sell-outs and typographical errors on our website and in our announcements. If there are changes or inaccuracies in the prices or delivery times, we reserve the right to change the information afterwards. Marion's Home is not responsible for incorrect information published by possible third parties.


We always try to present the features and appearance of the products as realistically as possible. The fact that colors or details may vary to some extent is due to technical reasons. There may be slight differences in the dimensions and appearance of the product presented in our online store and the product delivered to the customer due to natural or production reasons.

2. Freight and delivery
The shipping cost for all our online orders is $0

Our orders are not delivered to Poste Restante, Åland, the archipelago or abroad, and our products cannot be picked up in Finland. As a customer, you are responsible for ensuring that the contact information you provide is correct. Incorrect information may incur additional costs for you. Please contact our customer service if you need help correcting your contact information.

 

2. a) Receiving the shipment
Delivery of large shipments normally takes place on weekdays between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. In the capital region, distribution also takes place partly as an evening distribution between 16:00 and 22:00, with the exception of some pallet deliveries. The delivery time is determined by the place of residence and the delivery company's schedule. The order will be delivered to your home address as a street delivery. The transport company does not carry deliveries inside. You will receive a notification in good time from the transport company by phone/text message about the more precise delivery date and time. The shipping company will inform you in what time frame your delivery will arrive, not the exact time.

The recipient must be present to receive the shipment. He must check the number of parcels he has received, as well as possible deficiencies and transport damage. All matters to be noted must be noted in the consignment note or hand scanner before signing the consignment note. After signing the waybill, the shipment is the customer's responsibility.

2. b) Non-receipt of shipment
Failure to receive delivery is not cancellation of the order. The customer will be charged the freight and return fees for any delivery not received.

2. c) Delivery address/change of address
We will deliver the order to the delivery address indicated during the ordering process. If the customer chooses an invoice/installment payment as the payment method, we will only deliver the order to the customer's official address, which is valid at the time of the order, entered in the population register. If the customer is moving to a new address, the address change can only be made when the new address is an official address. In such a case, it is the customer's responsibility to notify customer service when the new address has been updated in the Population Register as an official address. The address change must be made before the order leaves the warehouse for delivery. No changes can be made to deliveries that have left the warehouse.

2. d) Delivery time
The delivery time of the product indicated in the online store is always preliminary. During and after major campaigns, delivery times may be longer than normal due to high demand. If the delivery of your order is delayed, the reason for the delay may be that the supplier or Kujetusliike is unable to deliver the product/products in the agreed time. If the delivery of your order is delayed, we will try to notify you as early as possible. In order to deliver the products to you as easily as possible and to minimize the environmental impact, the order is sent according to the schedule of the product on order with the longest delivery time. In exceptional cases, some orders are delivered in partial deliveries.

 

3. Payment

Klarna Checkout: The options available to you are Invoice, installment payment, online banks and credit cards - all equally safe!

Credit cards: Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard and Eurocard.

Klarna invoice: You will receive an invoice with your order. You have 14 days interest-free payment period. Billing surcharge 3.60 euros.

Installment payment - Klarna account: You can pay for your order in installments using Klarna's Installment payment method. When you pay with Klarna installments, Klarna Oy automatically opens an account for you with the first order.

You can reduce the total amount of the account in monthly installments of your own choosing, however at least either €9 or 1/24 of the total amount of the bill, depending on which is greater. You can always pay off the balance of the bill all at once if you wish.

All purchases you pay with Klarna installments are automatically combined to the same account and on the same monthly invoice, also when you pay with Klarna installments when shopping in other online stores. So you only get one invoice every month, with only one billing supplement regardless of the order amount. Once you have paid the final amount of the invoice, the account will be closed automatically.



4. Exchange and return conditions

We try to present the products as accurately as possible on our website and we are happy to answer questions even after the purchase of the product.

However, if you want to return the product, it must be unused, in the original packaging and sellable. There must be no traces or anything indicating use on the product. The products have a 14-day right of return.

Always before returning the product, fill out the customer return form, and we will contact you by email to agree on the details of the return.

When the product has been returned and checked, the refund is always made according to the payment method used.

A possible defect will be repaired by the manufacturer/importer, or a replacement similar product will be delivered.



5. Canceling the order

The customer can cancel his order if the delivery has not taken place within a reasonable time. The cancellation of the order must be notified to the address kaskapalvelu@kiwahome.com. We usually notify our customers by email or phone if the delivery time differs from normal. Kiwahome.com also reserves the right to cancel the order and return the money to the customer's account.
