Instructions for making a customer return
The decision to keep the product must be made within 14 days of receiving the product.
1. Fill out the return notice
Fill out the return notification so that we can process the customer return. To make a return notification, you need your order number. Indicate the product numbers of the products to be returned on the return form.
2. Pack the products
Pack the products you receive in the original packaging. Resealing the packages should be done with transparent packaging tape. Air-conditioning tape is not suitable for sealing packages! If the original packaging materials are not available, the original equivalent material must be used for packaging. The loss in value can be deducted from incomplete or incorrect packaging, as the product cannot be sold as new after being returned.
Let us know a suitable pick-up time 2-4 days later so that Kuljetusliike can pick up the order.
The transport company organizes pickup for return from 8 am to 4 pm on weekdays. You must be there to hand over the returnable packages at the time you agreed with the carrier at the lot or along the street at the delivery address.
4. Refund of payment
We will refund you the price you paid for the product once the return has arrived back at our warehouse and has been processed. The cost of returning the product and possible depreciation are deducted from the price. The refund will be made to the payment method you used when placing the order. If you have not received a refund for your return within 30 days of receiving the return, contact our customer service.
